Silver Needles (Baihao Yinzhen)
Misty Mountains of Fuding, Fujian, China
Cultivar: Fuding Da Bai (Rare)
Silver Needles earn their name from their iconic, needle-like shape that is smothered in frosty hairs. As one of the most revered teas in the world, Bai Hao Yinzhen is praised for its sweet honeydew flavors and pure, subtle elegance. The young, unopened tea buds are hand-picked in the early spring. After a day of wilting and low-temperature drying, the needles are then sorted through by hand to ensure quality and consistency.

Ingredients: organic white tea
Brewing:
2 tsp per 8oz (hot) / 4tsp per 8oz (iced)
