Ceremonial matcha is often considered the highest quality of matcha on the market. This particular grade of matcha is the best option if you’re looking for a matcha that is smooth, creamy and vibrant with color.
Ceremonial grade matcha contains high amounts of caffeine.
Ingredients: organic green tea
Brewing:
1 tsp per 2.5oz (hot) / 2 tsp per 2.5oz (Iced)
165ºF / 74ºC
Traditional Preparation:
Add 1oz of hot water to bowl
Add 1 tsp (1.5g) of matcha into the bowl
Whisk matcha powder thoroughly until creamy and foamy.
Add at least 1.5oz of water (hot) / 3.5oz (iced)
(Optional) add more water for preferred taste/texture
