HOT: 1 tsp per 10z (295ml) / ICED: 2 tsp per 10oz (295ml)
165ºF / 74ºC
Traditional Preparation:
Add 1oz of hot water to bowl
Add 1 tsp (1.5g) of matcha into the bowl
Whisk matcha powder thoroughly until creamy and foamy.
Add at least 1.5oz of water (hot) / 3.5oz (iced)
