Dosha Créme is velvety infusion of Ayurvedic tradition and indulgent comfort. Based on the principles of ancient Indian medicine, this blend was formulated to help balance the body’s three fundamental energies — Vata (air), Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (earth). One of the key ingredients in this blend is our South African red rooibos. Rooibos grows nowhere else naturally on the planet except for the Cederberg Mountains. Red rooibos is known for its resilience to fire and drought and its unique ability to thrive in harsh conditions.
Dosha Créme contains moderate amounts of caffeine. Can be steeped for 1-2 infusions.
Ingredients: black tea, red rooibos, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, lemongrass, coconut, orange
