This high-mountain oolong takes advantage of its gentle sunlight, rich soil, misty mountains, and high altitudes, (3,300 - 5,000 ft). These unique conditions create a flavor that resembles creamy notes of fresh gardenia with a crisp lemon verbena finish.
Alishan Oolong contains moderate amounts of caffeine. Can be steeped for 2-3 infusions.

Cultivar: Taiwanese region varietals (Jin Xuan & QinXin)

ICED : 4 tsp per 10 oz (295 ml)
