If you’re looking for a decadent black tea that is rich in flavor, this tea is the one for you. Origins of the Golden Monkey name come from the tea leaves distinct “monkey paw” shape. To get this tea to its true potential, the hand-plucked tea leaves go through a process of withering, rolling, and oxidation. Shortly after this process, the leaves are then dried and sorted by hand to ensure quality.
Golden Monkey contains high amounts of caffeine. Can be steeped for 2-3 infusions.

HOT : 2 tsp per 10 oz (295ml)
ICED : 4 tsp per 10 oz (295 ml)
TEMP : 195ºF - 205ºF / 90ºC - 96ºC
